Fantastic location and good Service.

Loved the villa. Location and pool perfect but as in other reviews we were disappointed with the lack of provisions. No milk, not much toilet paper. No toiletries, no basics like salt, pepper, oil or sugar etc etc. All other rentals we have used have all provided the above and more. It cost us a lot to purchase all these necessary items.

Lovely views from this lovely Villa - Villa was clean and well equipped with a great pool. Easy access to local beaches and restaurants. Car essential. Would recommend.

The Villa Emilios and Kalami made our holiday memorable! The place is very charming and clean and ideal for a family. Most of the time we spend at the terrace and enjoyed a nice time there: swimming in the pool, having meals, playing cards, enjoying gatherings with our local friends. There are many excellent beaches nearby. Agni Bay is only a 10-minute drive. A nice holiday overall. We will be returning.

The villa and surroundings are exactly as seen in the photos and even exceeded the high expectations we had going before arriving there. The villa was clean, spacious, and private, and we couldnt ask for a better location. If you are looking for sea views, sun, blue skies, and time for yourself, Villa Emilios is where you need to be. Perfect location even perfect sea views! The nearest beach (Kalami Beach), is absolutely beautiful and was perfect for swimming, and snorkeling. You need to drive only 10 minutes to go to Kassiopi, where are placed a wide selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches... While we are there, we tried great Greek specialties there (Dolmades, Moussaka, Souvlaki, Taramasalata). We had the most wonderful holiday ever! We are coming back for sure.

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect sea views from the terrace. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool is very clean. The views from the terrace over the sea were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. Most of our time we spend at Agni and Kerasia beach entraining ourselves with different activities: relaxing, sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, etc. Lastly, thank you Agni Travel for organizing a perfect holiday. Everything was excellent.

You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy at the most beautiful Villa you could imagine. The Villa Emilios and Kalami made our holiday perfect! The house is well equipped, the pool is nice and we loved the silence and privacy. As a tourist on this island, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found the people of Kalami very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. While there, we loved alternating days between exploring different places and beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. We also visited Kassiopi, Nissaki, and Agios Stefanos a couple of times. Nice places with lots of restaurants and tasty local specialties. Most of our time we spend at Paralia Kalami and Agni beach where we enjoyed tasting local food, drinking some of the local wines, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Overall nice holiday for us and we will be returning again. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend to everybody (couples, families, retirees...).

WOW !!!!!! That describes our experience with Villa Emilios and Agni Travel. It was clean (a must for us). It was just like the pictures show. We would open the sliding doors first thing each morning to let those ocean breezes blow in. So refreshing!!! We really enjoyed the lawn furniture right outside our door and the pool. I had the opportunity to speak with Richard on the phone and he was very helpful with everything we have needed. We were happy to just sit by the water and watch boats go by but there are also a bunch of restaurants and bars nearby where we could enjoy the greatest sunsets. Such an amazing spot for our holiday! We hope we will be able to book it again when we go back to Corfu!

We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday in the beautiful village of Kalami. Villa Emilios boasts spectacular views over the bay, great for yacht watching! The restaurants and tavernas are super, there is lots of choice and boat taxis will take you to neighboring tavernas in adjacent bays. Villa Emilios is a spacious, well equipped villa, great for older children & teenagers. The pool is lovely and the air conditioning in the bedrooms is very good. With a bit of updating this villa could be really cool, a car is essential and the drive up to the villa is not for the faint hearted! However the views are worth it all. A welcome pack on arrival would be a perfect extra considering the drive down to the supermarket especially after some hours traveling. An option even to pay for a basic grocery delivery would have been well received. We felt the offering of one small bottle of water in the fridge was a little stingy for a family of five. All in all we had a fabulous holiday in Corfu, we were received with warmth and friendly hospitality wherever we went. There is plenty to do and explore in and around Kalami but a car is essential for a stay at Villa Emilios. Christian

Just perfect - the villa is the right choice for families or a group of friends, but make sure you rent a car to reach the house and, of course, to see the beautiful island (although the view from the villa is already the best). Service for pool and house is outstanding so Villa Emilios is the perfect place to stay. We will definitely come back. Thanks for everything.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week. They views are stunning and the terrace had plenty of shaded areas. Great property for familys with older children. Good selection of books and a few cds. The drive up to the property is not for the faint hearted!

A nice holiday in a great house. Particularly noteworthy are the numerous sitting and lying in the house and on the spacious terraces, the incredibly fascinating view of the sea and the regular cleaning and pool service guaranteed cleanliness.

A lovely, restful holiday in a beautiful villa, with superb scenery. The villa was beautifully clean and the housekeeper came a number of times during our stay to change linen and clean the property. No - perfectly described and website doesnt do the interior justice.

The villa is in a fantastic location with stunning views. The outside areas are great - the pool was very clean and a good number of loungers and other garden furniture is provided. The interior rooms are a good size, but their quality does not match that of the exterior. The bathrooms are a little tired. In the kitchen, there is more than enough crockery, cutlery and glasses provided - no complaints there at all. However, I was disappointed by the lack of a decent sized frying pan, spatula and ice-trays. A couple of cold beers on arrival wouldnt have gone amiss either! Overall, its a fantastic place to stay and I would recommend it. However, I have stayed in a number of villas where the attention to detail inside has been better.

I have just spent a holiday here with two couples of friends. The villa is situated in a stunning position with an amazing view. We found everything just like the photos: the house was clean, the living room spaciuos, the bedrooms well furnished and the kitchen quite well equipped. We received good information to get to the villa and everything went very well. If I ever go back to Corfu, I will certainly stay here again. Thank you very much. Paolo Lucchese

Great week here, and a fantastic villa, there are many pluses, but small touches are missing. The amount of crockery and cutlery woul be a problem for 6 people living in the villa. Also disappointed with lack of a welcome pack and the basics ie no salt and pepper, sugar sachets, and no ice tray to make ice cubes. A villa sign at the entrance to the villa on the road would be very helpful.

The villa exceeded our expectations in many respects including fabulous views, great location and outdoor space including private pool.

the view from the house was magnificent! You can sit hours and look at the scenery. the villa Emilios was magnificent. Big rooms and luxurious. We had some small problems but it was handled fast and good. We contacted Agni travel and they contacted the owner, who came to help immediatly. Also the pool was wonderfull. The depth was from 0.80mtr to 1.80 mtr. It was a perfect holiday and Agni Travel did a perfect job. We changed the number of persons, we asked if we could stay a bit longer because the plane was flying late. All was taken care off. Thx for a vacation we ll never forget.

This was our first time in Corfu and with Agni Travel. The arrangements all went very smoothly and efficiently and made for a very enjoyable holiday. Villa Emilios was perfect and the brochure description could hardly do it justice. The views from the balconies across Kalami and Kouloura bays towards Albania are absolutely stunning. Sunrise was a real treat. So much to do swimming snorkeling boating parascending and the villa is well situated for days out. Our family is young but we took a less mobile grandparent as well. Getting around the villa was no problem but a car is a must for access to the villa for young and old. We would definitely return again.

Would book again with Agni knowing that villa availability is kept up-to-date and booking online often an option - better than many other villa rental sites I have used.

No words can describe enough the beauty of the place...... We will treasure this week for a long long time. The cleaning lady so kind and precise, the car hire was fantastic we had a late arrival but they were waiting for us at 2.30 am. Car delivered, no queue, no problems. Thank you for the great service.

Another wonderful experience. The island, the villa and the people are all so welcoming (we have made local friends) and we are already counting the days and cant wait for next year's holiday here. Also we must mention the cleaner, Samanthea, as she is so good, pleasant and helpful.

We have had a wonderful holiday the view from the villa is spectacular the locals are warm and friendly and I would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. We enjoyed our stay at Villa Emilios. Beautiful island, the villa has a breathtaking view. Everything was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has all needed equipment. As we are a family and vegan we like to cook for ourselves. It was really convenient. Very clean and comfortable beautiful villa.

We had a very relaxed and calm stay at Villa Emilios, nothing to complain about. The service of the team was good and discreet. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in the villa and also in that area of Corfu.The pictures online were all a good representation of the villa. The access is rather steep but once in the villa the fantastic views made up for that. We found the villa very comfortable and had most home comforts there. We really liked the large BBQ area and cooked here most nights.The villa and pool area were all very clean throughout our stay. We would love to go back and would recommend the villa to anyone for a relaxing holiday. I also found your website very informative and all of your communication has been prompt and clear.Thank you.
