This villa is set in an absolutely beautiful location right to the sea. The location is very quiet and private and you are not overlooked. All the bedrooms, the kitchen/dining room, lounge, and other amenities were just perfect. The villa itself has everything you need for a relaxing getaway holiday. We have visited many different villas in Paphos over the past 9 years but the Villa Zinia is definitely the best. We have already booked for July and September next year. There are several restaurants, tavernas, bars, and most important the beach nearby (within walking distance). Also, you can find other local shops and a bakery, and other stores for day-to-day supplies at near town Polis. You need only a 10-15 minute drive to Polis and Latchi to a wide selection of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, beaches... While there we took several trips to fab beaches near Argaka (Argaka Sandy and Paradise Beach). Nice quality time spend there: tasting local food, wine tasting, swimming, sunbathing, snorkeling, etc. Great holiday spent at Villa Zinia and Argaka. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

You can experience a perfect holiday only when you choose the right place to be and enjoy the most beautiful Villa. The Villa Zinia and Argaka made our holiday perfect! The house is well equipped, the pool is nice and we loved the silence and privacy. Great sea views and nice amazing sunsets from the terrace and upper balcony. As a tourist on this island, there are many things to explore and experience the best holiday ever. We found the people of Argaka very friendly and the local food tasty. We also liked their local wines, you have to try them while you are there. Do not hesitate to book this place and villa. Would highly recommend it to everybody (couples, families, retirees...)

Lovely Villa and situated in a lovely area. Very modern and spacious for a comfortable stay. Fantastic sea views from this villa. We enjoyed the peaceful serenity we felt from villa Zinia. The villa was good value for money. However it would have been helpful to have some essential items provided. For example, kitchen roll, bin bags, salt and pepper. The air con was good, the villa was a great layout and we loved the roof terrace. The situation is peaceful and we had good communications with the staff. On two occasions we didn't have hot water in the morning and there were only two of us in the 6 person villa. This would be a worse problem for 6 people. Overall, good. With a few items to help the holiday and a bit more hot water, this villa would be excellent

Wonderful villa. Loved every moment of staying there. Great location (few steps to the beach: perfect for my morning run!) and walking distance to bar and tavernas. Could fault anything. Loved it!

We had a fantastic family holiday at the villa it's very spacious and well equipped. The pool is great and very warm. The location is perfect if you want a quiet holiday there is a large supermarket about 8-10 mins drive Latchi Port about 10-15mins drive away. We were getting our fresh pastries from the local bakers every morning they're delicious. Santa Barbara beach restaurant is walking distance we had some great meals watching the sunset the staff are very friendly and there's a good atmosphere. We have decided to return next year
