We have had the best family holiday. (2 adults and 2 older teens) The villa is perfect for a family. We have loved the pool and the views from the villa are superb. The walk down to the beach is a little steep - and a bit hot on the way back up but not a major issue for us although someone with mobility issues would struggle. The beach is small but perfect and wasn't crowded at all. The local restaurants were fabulous - tables by the sea and food was glorious. We hired a small boat for the day and explored all the little coves along the coast - snorkelling in the clearest of waters. We don't hire a car for this holiday and found the local supermarket had every use needed and

The villa is just beautiful! Well located, close to the most beautiful beach Nissaki. Everything was clean, comfortable, airco in the bedrooms and plenty of space for a family. The pool is clean, big and the surroundings of the properties with the trees and flowers are amazing. We loved this place and will absolutely come back!

What a fab time, we had a perfect villa and even more perfect sea views. The villa had absolutely everything we needed and was very clean. Likewise, the outside areas were well maintained and the pool very clean. The views from the upper terrace over the Nissaki bay were amazing and we enjoyed the cool sea breeze while having dinner at the terrace. We had meals in most of the tavernas in Nissaki and Mparmpati, we would recommend you pop in there and taste the most delicious local specialties. If you are looking for a quiet restful holiday in a private villa with perfect sea views then this is the place for you! It really was a great stay, lovely to be able to stay somewhere so nice and comfortable. Great relaxed holiday at a nice quiet location, near to the beach. Nice terrace and pool, we enjoyed relaxing there during the whole day and waited the moment to see the most beautiful sunset views from there. The location is also excellent for exploring other places and the local area. Within only a 10-15 minute drive you are at Kalami, Kassiopi, and Ypsos where you can enjoy their local amenities, beaches, shops, restaurants... I cant say enough about this villa and its secluded location. My family recently returned home from the property and had the best time! Villa Vasillis and Nissaki were perfect for my family. We loved alternating days between exploring different beaches and having relaxing days at the villa. There are many excellent beaches nearby and also great restaurants, bars, and a supermarket within a few minutes walk from the villa and the sea is only 5 minutes walk away. We loved Villa Youla! It is spacious, well equipped with plenty of outdoor space and a lovely pool. Great that the bedrooms have air conditioning. Katerina looked after us very well. Our family have been been visiting Vasillis for many years and enjoyed meeting the local people again. The villa was again spotless on arrival just as we remembered it last year. The villa has all the facilities we needed and has a wonderful situation in an olive grove with wonderful views across the sea to Corfu Town Albania, while being close to Nissaki with a well stocked supermarket beach tavernas in walking distance with no horrendous drive up narrow roads to contend with. Most of all it has retained it's typical Corfu charm. We all had a really great holiday can't wait to return there next year.

We had wonderful holiday even though the Corfu weather was not up to usual standard. We have returned to villa Youla around 10 times with family ages ranging from 6 to 80 years and are never disappointed. It is located on a lower mountain slope in an olive grove, close to a supermarket and 8 minutes walk from a small beach with a lovely taverna superb sea view looking towards Albania Corfu Town. Katerina at the villa is so friendly as are all the people at the supermarket, car hire tavernas. It might not be high end but it is perfect for us making us want to return year after year.

For our first visit to Nissaki we were extremely happy with the villa location and facilities. Katerina, who maintained the villa, was most helpful and gave us lots of good advice. The restaurants in the area were very good and everyone we met was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property.

Our holiday was wonderful, we had a lovely relaxing time with beautiful weather, we used the pool everyday. The villa was superb, Katerina was amazing and always helpful. Agni travel and Katerina were the best after we unfortunately had a serious car accident, they couldn't do enough to help. We will be back next year with friends.

This was my first trip to Greece and I have to say that both Beach Villas and Katerina (the Cleaner) were amazing. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi and it was sorted within hours and I know from the owner that it is being upgraded next week. A minor issue for us adults but for the kids.... We also found a couple of broken items that were replaced within hours too. Location was perfect if you don't have a car with plenty of good quality Tavernas within a 10 minute walk.The small covebeach was a delight, the water warm and clear.100% recommended for anyone who wants a quiet holiday away from it all.

Superb! The location of villa Vasillis is what made it, being able to walk to beach, shops and tavernas was brilliant. Nissaki is stunning and everyone we met looking after the villa, boat hire, shops and tavernas was very friendly and helpful wonderful.

We thought the villa charming surrounded as it was by olive trees. We arrived when the bourgainvillea was at its best and were struck by its brilliance. The entrance to the villa was well designed and full of flowers. The upstairs balcony gave fantastic views of the Albanian mountains and the coastline of Corfu. The downstairs balcony was ideal gave plenty of shade and was good for enjoying the swimming pool. The water in the pool was beautifully warm and kept in excellent order.Nisaki bay was charming swimming in the water envigorating and it was great to have Mitsos taverna so conveniently situated for refreshment. We hired a boat for the day and enjoyed mooring at the various bays around

Villa Youla is very conveniently situated only a 5 minute walk down a hill to the village, beach is 5 minutes walk the other way along the road to more tavernas. It is perfect if you don't want to hire a car as the bus stop is right outside.The cleaner was lovely and accommodating, if we wanted a lie-in for example. The pool area was kept very well.The villa worked well for 2 couples as there is a bedroom and bathroom both upstairs and down so each couple can have their independence. Beach Villas were as usual very helpful and at hand if we needed them. The pre-order grocery delivery service worked very well and meant we arrived to a stocked fridge

A lovely villa everything you need including lovely views across the water. The villa had a remote feeling and was secluded from its neighbour with trees and bushes but was still handy for shops and tavernas and the beach. The local bus was also easy to access for a trip to Corfu town. We thoroughly recommend hiring a boat and seeing some of the coastline. All in all a fantastic holiday. The service throughout was fantastic with friendly helpful people and any queries quickly dealt with. Beach Villas and local shops and tavernas provided services that I would never have thought to ask for including take away meals and shopping delivered prior to arrival. The airport transfer was easy to use

This year I took the whole family to Corfu and we spread out over Villas Youla Vasillis.We have been to Villa Youla 5 times before and knew what to expect. It was good that the Villa was still in very good order and had not been allowed to deteriorate. It is still my villa of choice with commanding beautiful views and close to all the amenities at Nissaki.Villa Vassillis was also lovely with slightly better views at pool level. If Youla were not available would have no problem staying at Vasillis. We all had an excellent family holiday with even those who had not visited before being impress. The young and old enjoyed themselves making full use of the BBQ and pool. Both Villas impressed
