Nerja is part of the Costa del Sol in the province of Malaga in the autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It is on the country's southern Mediterranean coast, about 50 km east of Malaga. It has a subtropical climate, and a dramatic coastline of beaches, coves, and cliffs. Once a sleepy fishing village, Nerja has retained its Andalucian character, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses. One of its most famous attractions is the Balcon de Europa, a former fortress and now a clifftop promenade with magnificent panoramic views over the Mediterranean.

Had a very easy stay here. Breakfast outside in the morning, a few hours around the pool and then into Nerja later in the day became the usual routine. The villa itself was comfortable and had everything needed.

A great little villa for four people. There was enough space to settle in properly, the kitchen had everything needed and the outside area was lovely. Would happily come back.

Had a lovely few days at Villa Flamenquita. The house has a nice cosy feel inside and the kitchen was well set up for meals at home. The pool area was perfect in the afternoons and Nerja was only a short drive away.
