We have had a fantastic week in villa Luna. Its in a great location and really clean. The pool has been cleaned twice during our stay, but too cold to use. The beds are really comfy and I have never slept so well. The satellite TV is local channels only, but we brought our fire stick with us so we were able to watch English tv if we wanted. The WiFi signal has been great. The local restaurants are fantastic and it has been great that so many are open. The local supermarkets are more expensive than in Puerto del Carmen, but had everything we needed. The sun loungers are quite uncomfortable and would benefit from some padding. Matagorda has been really quiet during our stay with most hotels still closed, but this has been a positive aspect of our holiday. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location of villa, everything within 2 minute walk, beach, shops, restaurants. Just villa Luna bit dated and in some parts shabby agni sorted a cistern problem very promptly cleaner very efficient and pleasant

Overall we had a lovely holiday. The Villa was lovely and clean as was the pool. Very nice patio area with nice furniture. Ideal locality - handy for the promenade and shops and restaurants.Transport to and from airport was prompt. Taxis ordered came promptly and werent expensive.

Fantastic holiday, lovely villa no complaints, excellent customer service from the Beach Villas team. Following a power cut we were unable to access the Internet, I sent a text to Agni travel & within an hour a man arrived and solved the problem. We were extremely surprised and delighted with this excellent service.

Our fourth time with Beach Villas in the past two years and as always we have had a fantastic holiday with a nice clean villa private pool good facilities and great location. We have yet to meet a rep on our trips but I mean this in a good way. Top class service and we will certainly be booking our family holiday for next year with Beach Villas.

We had a really good time. All facilities on our doorstep and did not have to drive which is just what we wanted as 4 ladies. Restaurants were really good and at reasonable prices and felt very safe. Will certainly look to book a villa again with Beach Villas.
