Only a few kilometers from Port de Pollensa lies Pollensa, an ancient town in the north of the island with charming tiny streets and a large main square surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars. The villa is a quirky and rather old fashioned building that could do with some maintenance to fix creaky doors and a leaky shower screen and some dodgy electrics in the lounge and bedrooms. It has a great outdoor area with an excellent well maintained pool and plenty of seating and areas to eat. The beds are very comfortable. Whilst it has a lounge with a TV and comfortable seating, this is not usable in July/August as it gets too hot in there. It is too warm even if the patio doors are left closed and if they're left open a lot of mosquitos get in ! This room and the rather dark kitchen with no natural light let the villa down. It should be noted that the air conditioning in the bedrooms is excellent. The lounge has an a/c unit but we didn't try this. It's a shame when the owner is so nice and friendly, the villa is far enough from the road to be quiet and the garden is very spacious. Also the villa is very convenient for the supermarkets and Pollensa's restaurants. Agni travel should advise clearly that the villa's owner lives above it although she is careful to respect your privacy. She is very friendly. We found the WiFi ok.

An outstanding villa - it was perfect for my family. This villa was extremely spacious and the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. I loved the traditional charm it has with all the stonework and the decor was very nice. The pool area is absolutely fantastic and very large and private. The location was also great as we were just a few minutes walk from a tasty Mediterranean restaurant and a short drive to the most beautiful beach and port. I have already recommended this villa to friends of mine and would recommend it to everyone else as well.

We had a fantastic time the villa is very well equipped comfortable and well situated for the local attractions. You need acar especially if you want to go out in the evening as the local restaurants are not that close one is in walking distance but its on the main road so not great especially if you have kids. Overall a great place.
