Everything was perfect. A house with a dream view. It was truly sad to leave.

Everything about the accommodation is true. Great view, close to the beach, air conditioning works well. I recommend it to anyone interested.

A lovely villa in a fantastic waterfront location. Everything was clean and well looked after, the views were beautiful and Punta Prima was perfect for a relaxing holiday.

We loved this spot. The views across the bay were spectacular. We were very grateful for the late check out on our last day.

We spent hours enjoying the sea views from the terrace, and having the beach, restaurants, and shops within walking distance made the stay even better.

The house in Punta Prima lives up to the name of the resort. You cant stay any further on the point and closer to the sea. All agreements with the rental organization have been fulfilled, including interim cleaning. In that context, you only need to enjoy the view. Worth repeating!

So convenient and comfortable — everything we needed was right there.

Excellent location, we used the public bus service to explore the north of the island

Great villa in the best location in Punta Prima, View is spectacular.

Beautiful property with beautiful view. Love Punta Prima

We had a great time at this cozy villa right across the Aire island lighthouse in Punta Prima. The location was simply amazing!

10/10 The best location Clean Everything you need Could have stayed longer Will definitely return

Communication facile et ultra rapide

Absolutely stunning location with vista views that were unbeatable, would definitely return but personally would wait until restrictions due to Covid 19 were no longer in place

Absolutely excellent location

Everything was fine.

Beautiful location and Agni did a wonderful job everything went smoothly.

Loved the locatiom and the property. It was hot and some air con at night would have been appreciated. The Wifi was not reliable. Looking forward to going again.

Very enjoyable and memorable. Lovely location. Property could be improved.

We had an absolutely lovely stay. They location of the villa is absolutely stunning and we were very happy w the ease of getting the key, and how clean everything was. The area is really peaceful, and the beach is even closer than we were expecting. Awesome restaurants in the area and friendly locals. Such a perfect summer holiday location! A few things that could have made our stay even more pleasant would be fans in the bedrooms (on hot nights where there is no breeze we couldn’t sleep it was so hot, some pedistall fans would be cheap & would make such a big difference!), some extra toilet rolls and perhaps some basics in the kitchen like salt & pepper, olive oil & tea (because it’s not worth buying all these in large packs when you’re only staying for a few nights, most self contained apartments provide them). Many thanks!! Ariane & Blaire

The location and views were absolutely splendid. We had an excellent holiday and enjoyed the villa . Thank you.

Beautiful changing views. We loved the position at the end of the peninsula. The restaurants in Punta Prima were excellent. Would definately return.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Its very nice, quiet, clean and comfortable with beautiful views. Location is amazing! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

Very relaxing holiday in a lovely location. The Island of Menorca is charming and we very much hope to return. The property was clean and fresh. The service from Agni team was professional and we appreciated the text message when we arrived to make sure all was well.

The house for 6 people was very comfortable the location on the sea is excellent Punta Prima is in my opinion the best area to live with a baby. Everything is like website description

We loved it here and will stay again if we return to Menorca

The villa is very nice from a practicality point of view and the standard of cleanliness was good with the cleaners, arriving 3 times during our 2 weeks. The villa fulfilled all our requirements. We would like to return to Voramar next year!

We love Menorca, we love Punta Prima and we love being so near the beach. The position of the villa is absolutely perfect.

This is a really lovely villa. It is well laid out and comfortable and comes with everything you need. The views are incredible and it is quite possibly the best located villa in the resort as it is in a very quiet area but about 30 second walk to the beach and 2 minutes to supermarkets and restaurants. The views are amazing. We had a lovely family holiday.

Excellent place to stay!

It was the most beautiful vacation on a wonderful Island. We enjoyed the house very well. Cleaning service was great. Also thanks to Beach Villas for their support ( via sms ) Thanks for everything .

Everything was perfect and we would consider using this property again. The location of the property is excellent and is a big plus when choosing a villa.

A really relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

The geographical position of the Villa is perfect for me.... Thank you
